Our kitchen is kosher and we adhere to kosher dietary laws in the building and religious school classrooms. Food served and consumed in our synagogue must be:

  • Pre-packaged and labeled kosher.
  • Prepared in the synagogue kitchen following kosher dietary guidelines (see below).
  • Prepared by a kosher caterer or from a kosher bakery/supermarket kitchen.
  • Food may not be prepared at home and brought into the building, even if you have a kosher kitchen at home.

Kosher ingredients may be brought into the synagogue kitchen and prepared using the designated dairy and meat dishes, pots and pans, utensils and small appliances.
